Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ulartoto platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes full effect from the date you first use our platform.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the ulartoto platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ulartoto platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion or play prohibition register enforced by any statutory body.
• Not registering on behalf of third parties or other business entities.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Ulartoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on ulartoto at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The following responsibilities must be observed:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the ulartoto support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Keep your personal information updated whenever changes occur, particularly your email address and mobile number.
• Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.

Ulartoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance, identity verification (KYC) is conducted for all members. Documents that may be requested include the Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Deposits & Withdrawals of Funds

All financial transactions on the ulartoto platform are processed through a secure and encrypted payment system. Supported payment methods include local bank transfers, DuitNow, TnG e-Wallet, and various other methods available in Malaysia.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction.

• Ulartoto does not impose any hidden charges on deposit transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per request.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same or equivalent payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals exceeding a certain limit require completed KYC verification.
• Ulartoto reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if signs of suspicious activity are detected.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Ulartoto offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated separately in each respective promotional campaign.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time period. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Ulartoto reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Withdrawing bonus funds before the wagering requirements are fully met will result in the bonus balance being automatically forfeited.

General Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ulartoto reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original bet to the player.

• The member has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There is a directive from a statutory authority requiring account closure.

For accounts closed under normal circumstances (not due to a violation), any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after the verification process is complete.

Limitation of Liability

Ulartoto provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ulartoto shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming activity.
